I am extremely happy for the product I got, everything was in excellent quality and in a very timely manner. The presentation alone was extremely high quality as well, featuring jewelry information and microfiber cleaning/polishing cloth, fixed with a thank you note as well. Talia is extremely knowledgeable and professional in her expertise.

She showed and told me everything I could have needed to know about the products.

I will and have already recommended to friends/family. Definitely looking forward to future purchases!

This chain is beautiful! I bought it as a gift with a customized pendant for my daughter's graduation and she loved it! When i received my order, the wrong chain had been sent and KC customer support immediately shipped the correct one to me and I received it the next day! They were super easy to work with to design my custom piece and their service is outstanding!
