We do our best to ship item(s) 10-15 business days after purchase unless the item(s) is in-stock, in which case it will ship immediately. Please allow for a few additional days if your item is part of our new Greek Collections or is Cavan Gold™.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 21 days of purchase.
To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return.
If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return. The new item must be treated as a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Pieces that are on sale or have been customized with engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your return meets the above requirements a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at concierge@kylecavan.com.
REPAIRS
We offer free repairs for up to 6 months after purchase. We ask that you please cover the cost to return the item and mail all returns to the below address:
