  • Work with the KYLE CAVAN team to host small events on-campus (i.e. trunk shows and tables during reunions, parents weekend and other big events.)

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 

Due to the rapidly evolving situation regarding COVID-19, orders may experience delays before shipping. Please allow up to 15-20 business days for all orders, although we are doing everything we can to ship items sooner. 

The Shield and Compass collections are made in NYC and will not ship until NY State has deemed it safe to re-open. Stay safe!

 Shipping is free on all orders over $250. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 21 days of purchase.

To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return.

If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return. The new item must be treated as a new order. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Pieces that are on sale or have been customized with engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If your return meets the above requirements a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at concierge@kylecavan.com 

REPAIRS

We offer free repairs for up to 6 months after purchase. We ask that you please cover the cost to return the item and mail all returns to the below address:
