Friday 11/29: Last day for 14K Gold, Custom and Made-to-Order

Thursday 12/12: Last day for in-stock with back engraving (personalization)

Monday 12/16: Last day for in-stock Ground Shipping

Wednesday 12/18: Last day for in-stock 2-Day Shipping

Monday 12/23: Last day for Overnight Shipping

12 DAYS OF GIFTING EXCLUSIONS:

Day 1: If your order over $175 contains a Bracelet Bundle your Link Chain Bracelet in the bundle will not be free, you will receive 2 Link Chain Bracelets. If your order is over 75% Sterling Silver we will gift a Sterling Silver bracelet. If not, we will gift a Cavan Gold option.

Day 9: The 1212GIFT 25% off discount applies to in-stock, full priced 14K Gold styles only. We do not offer additional discounts on our Archive Sale styles.

Day 10: If your order over $175 contains a Large Link Chain Bracelet it will not be free, you will receive 2 Large Link Chain Bracelets. If your order is over 75% Sterling Silver we will gift a Sterling Silver bracelet. If not, we will gift a Cavan Gold option.

Day 11: The winner of the $1,000 Kyle Cavan gift card will be randomly selected from customers on Day 11. Your entry is your purchase, no other entry is required.

In-stock jewelry with back engraving: Ships in 5-8 business days
Made-to-order jewelry (includes out-of-stock items): Ships in 2-4 weeks

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Choosing expedited shipping at checkout does not guarantee faster production, only a faster shipping arrival. If an item in your cart is made-to-order, please allow 2-4 weeks for arrival as the jewelry is made from scratch. Once production is complete, we will ship it based on the shipping method purchased at checkout.

MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY:

Holiday Personalized Orders:

Most personalized jewelry is MADE-TO-ORDER and will take 2-4 weeks to produce. EXCEPTION: IN-STOCK Coin Styles (Sunburst, Florentine, Organic) take 5-8 business days to produce and are guaranteed for holiday delivery until 12/8.

Our jewelry is made in smaller batches with love and care. With over 250 College & Greek Collections, it is not sustainable for our company to keep stock of every piece of jewelry within each collection. Therefore, we offer a made-to-order option where we make your chosen piece of jewelry from scratch. This process takes about 2-4 weeks. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 30 days after shipment and can offer store credit up to 45 days after shipment. 

Holiday Returns are extended through January 17, 2025.

To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. 

If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. The new item must be treated as a new order. 

Please note that *free returns only apply to U.S. orders.*

Pieces that have been ordered through our Custom Shop or personalized with an engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.

If your return meets the above requirements, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at concierge@kylecavan.com.  

We offer complimentary repairs for up to 6 months after purchase.
