SHIPPING

Orders over $250 will ship free of charge via UPS Ground.

Please review individual product pages for shipping timelines. As a small business, we are unable to ship partial orders but will do our best to accommodate you if you email our Concierge at concierge@kylecavan.com

SHIPPING TIMELINES:

General Shipping Timelines:

In-stock jewelry: Ships next business day
In-stock jewelry with back engraving: Ships in 5-8 business days
Made-to-order jewelry (includes out-of-stock items): Ships in 2-4 weeks

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Choosing expedited shipping at checkout does not guarantee faster production, only a faster shipping arrival. If an item in your cart is made-to-order, please allow 2-4 weeks for arrival as the jewelry is made from scratch. Once production is complete, we will ship it based on the shipping method purchased at checkout.

MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY:

Most personalized jewelry is MADE-TO-ORDER and will take 2-4 weeks to produce. 

 

Our jewelry is made in smaller batches with love and care. With over 250 College & Greek Collections, it is not sustainable for our company to keep stock of every piece of jewelry within each collection. Therefore, we offer a made-to-order option where we make your chosen piece of jewelry from scratch. This process takes about 2-4 weeks. If you need a more immediate gift, you can email our Concierge at concierge@kylecavan.com

 

DISCOUNT EXCEPTIONS:

We do not offer additional discounts on Archive Sale styles or Bundles since they are already discounted.

For BOGO (Buy One, Get One) discounts on earrings, you must add 2 pairs (4 pieces total) to your cart for the discount to apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 30 days after shipment and can offer store credit up to 45 days after shipment. 

 

To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. 

If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. The new item must be treated as a new order. 

Please note that *free returns only apply to U.S. orders.*

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Pieces that have been ordered through our Custom Shop or personalized with an engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If your return meets the above requirements, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at concierge@kylecavan.com 

REPAIRS

We offer complimentary repairs for up to 6 months after purchase.
