Shipping & Returns

 

In-stock items will ship from our HQ the next business day. In-stock Sterling Silver jewelry that needs to be dipped in gold will ship within 5 business days. This will be noted on each product page. 

 

If your item(s) is not in stock which means it is either made-to-order, custom or personalized with back engraving please allow up to 3 weeks for it to ship from our HQ, with the exception of bars which will ship closer to 2 weeks

  

If you select expedited shipping, it does not guarantee a sooner ship date only a faster arrival. However, we will try our best to ship your item(s) ASAP.

 

Please keep in mind that we do not ship partial orders. If you would like us to ship your order in separate shipments (for example, one item is in-stock and one item is not), please e-mail our team at concierge@kylecavan.com so we can send you a link to update your shipping preferences. We ask that you cover the additional shipment cost.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 30 days after shipment and can offer store credit up to 45 days after shipment.

To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return.

If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return. The new item must be treated as a new order. 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Pieces that are on sale or have been customized with engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If your return meets the above requirements a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at concierge@kylecavan.com 

 

REPAIRS

We offer complimentary repairs for up to 6 months after purchase. We ask that you please cover the cost to return the item and mail all returns to the below address:
