Choosing expedited shipping at checkout does not guarantee faster production, only a faster arrival. If an item in your cart is made-to-order, please allow 2-4 weeks for arrival as the jewelry is made from scratch. Once production is complete, we will ship it based on the shipping label purchased.


Our jewelry is made in smaller batches with love and care. With over 150 College & Greek Collections, it is not sustainable for our company to keep stock of every piece of jewelry within each collection. Therefore, we offer a made-to-order option where we make your chosen piece of jewelry from scratch. This process takes about 2-4 weeks. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 30 days after shipment and can offer store credit up to 45 days after shipment. 

To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label.

Pieces that have been personalized with an engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.


If your return meets the above requirements, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
