Each 14K Gold order includes 1 (one) complimentary Polishing Cloth. If you would like additional Polishing Cloths, please add them to your cart at checkout under the "Add a Bestseller" section.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

Choosing expedited shipping at checkout does not guarantee faster production, only a faster shipping arrival. If an item in your cart is made-to-order, please allow 2-4 weeks for arrival as the jewelry is made from scratch. Once production is complete, we will ship it based on the shipping method purchased at checkout.

MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELRY:

Most personalized jewelry is MADE-TO-ORDER and will ship in 2-4 weeks. 

Our jewelry is made in smaller batches with love and care. With over 250 College & Greek Collections, it is not sustainable for our company to keep stock of every piece of jewelry within each collection. Therefore, we offer a made-to-order option where we make your chosen piece of jewelry from scratch. This process takes about 2-4 weeks. If you need a more immediate gift, you can email our Concierge at concierge@kylecavan.com

CUSTOM JEWELRY:

Our Custom Shop styles are completely MADE-TO-ORDER and will take 2-4 weeks to produce.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 30 days after shipment and can offer store credit up to 45 days after shipment. 

To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. 

If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return and receive a prepaid return label. The new item must be treated as a new order. 

Please note that *free returns only apply to U.S. orders.*

Pieces that have been ordered through our Custom Shop or personalized with an engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and/or if we made a mistake with your order. 

If your return meets the above requirements, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at concierge@kylecavan.com.  

We offer complimentary repairs for up to 6 months after purchase.
