A Letter From Our Founders

To our customers and community: 

We’re all seeing what's happening in the news, so we wanted to take a moment to share some thoughts about what the global health crisis we're facing means for all of us.

First, we want to encourage you to take care of yourself and your loved ones. We're practicing what we preach, encouraging our employees to work from home to help keep them safe and do our part to slow the spread of the coronavirus.  

Second, we want to reassure customers that there is no indication of any disruptions in our production supply chain. As a proactive step, we've placed orders to have extra pieces in stock for the graduation season, so you can place orders with confidence. We'll update if anything changes.

On a personal note, our hearts go out to all of the students, fans and communities across the country dealing with so much change and uncertainty.  We can’t begin to imagine how you are feeling. As first-time women business owners, we’ve learned a lot about change and uncertainty first-hand, and we’ve always found inspiration and motivation in the notion that it’s the struggles in life — the unexpected turns — that make us who we are. They build character. They make us stronger. They force us to take a step back and reflect. We would not be who we are as people or a business without them.

Class of 2020 — you truly are one-of-a-kind. You should be so proud of all of your accomplishments, you are only at the beginning of your journey. This detour is just one stop on the road.  Make yourselves proud. Support your communities. Get creative. We are here for you.

Graduation season is upon us! Our small team is working around the clock to ship your orders as quickly as possible. 

Much of our Sterling Silver and Cavan Gold jewelry is in-stock and can ship next business day. For questions about what's in-stock, you can e-mail

If we do not have your jewelry in stock, please allow up to 10-15 business days for it to ship, with the exception of 14K gold and Personalized orders which can take up to 15-20 business days because they are made-to-order. 

If you select expedited shipping, it does not guarantee a sooner ship date only a faster arrival. However, we will try our best to ship your item(s) ASAP.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 30 days after shipment and can offer store credit up to 45 days after shipment.

To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return.

If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return. The new item must be treated as a new order. 



Pieces that are on sale or have been customized with engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.



If your return meets the above requirements a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at
