What's your fave Kyle Cavan piece and why?
My favorite Kyle Cavan piece is my Washington Square Arch Necklace. I love layering it with my Emerald and 7-Point Diamond Necklaces and rarely take them off. They each have a special significance for me.
What's the story behind the Kyle Cavan jewelry you own?
Kyle gave me the Washington Square Arch Necklace for my birthday, and it was one of my first KC pieces. During the time I was living with my twin sister near Washington Square Park in our very first NYC apartment. The necklace reminds me of all the amazing experiences I had when I moved to NYC and is a token of a city that I love. It pairs perfectly with my nameplate necklace that my parents gave me on my 18th birthday.
My Emerald Necklace is also a special reminder of my university Tulane, since the school color is green. I met my now husband at school and we were married in April. I custom engraved a Rectangular Pendant with our engagement date in Roman numerals, and I love wearing it with a Link Chain and my other KC pieces.

How do you, as a founder, feel Kyle Cavan has developed as a way to tell stories and convey messages through jewelry?
We first launched with only a handful of universities and now have collections for 100s of schools, with the ability to custom engrave any of our pieces. Our jewelry can represent your accomplishments, milestones, or anything/anyone that is significant to you. What’s so special about our jewelry is that it holds a meaning or memory that is uniquely yours.
