Our inspiration this grad season (and always) are our Cavan Crew's incredible stories. We caught up with, Clemson grad, Lexie Hill to find out a little more about her college journey and her future at Clemson.

Tell us a little bit about your college journey and where you're headed.

Hi! I’m Lexie and I’m from South Carolina. This month I graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Accounting and a BS in Finance. As a fifth generation Clemson student and the fourth in my immediate family to graduate from the university, it has always been my dream to attend this amazing school.
I’ll be returning to Clemson University in the fall to obtain a Master’s of Professional Accountancy then working in public accounting following graduate school.

What are some of your fave college memories?

My favorite memories from college are all the Saturdays spent in Death Valley. There is no atmosphere that compares to Clemson on a game day. From tailgating to the fourth quarter hype video to rushing the field and singing the alma mater, I’ll miss spending weekends with friends and family cheering on the Tigers.

What advice do you have for incoming college students?

Get to know as many people as you can, especially your professors! You never know where or when you’ll meet the people who will be in your life long past your time in college. Also get involved at your school and really tap in to the organizations that you’re passionate about. In my experience, giving back to my College and the student orgs I loved was the so incredibly rewarding.
