Ordered for Christmas and am generally pleased. The bar and engraving were smaller than I realized but fine. A lobster style clasp would’ve been preferred and delivery time was much longer than anticipated, so I would offer that as a caution if you are expecting a quick turnaround.

We're so sorry the bar and engraving felt smaller than you realized. The size is included in the product description on each page, and we also provide videos to help show the scale. This style was intentionally designed to be delicate and versatile for everyday wear, but we completely understand that size preferences can vary. The engravings are purposefully meant to appear fine while still being deeply etched into the jewelry.

We also appreciate your feedback about the clasp style and delivery time; your input is incredibly helpful as we continue to improve our designs and service.

Amazing Repair & Customer Service!!!

I’m SO impressed with the customer service I received from this company. I purchased this item from my alma matar’s university co-op store & it was perfect. I loved it so much. So I was truly devastated when I accidentally broke the latch! I contacted Kyle Cavan not expecting much, to be honest, but I thought I’d give it a shot because I treasured the bracelet so much. They got back to me extremely quickly & after requesting photos of the broken piece, they immediately said they would repair it for free if I just mailed it to them. Throughout the whole time they were highly communicative & supportive. The turnaround time was very impressive & the repaired piece is as perfect as when I bought it new. I cannot praise this company highly enough and I absolutely plan to purchase more of their jewelry in the future. Thank you so much for such a smooth, stress-relieving experience!!!!!
