Amazing Repair & Customer Service!!!

I’m SO impressed with the customer service I received from this company. I purchased this item from my alma matar’s university co-op store & it was perfect. I loved it so much. So I was truly devastated when I accidentally broke the latch! I contacted Kyle Cavan not expecting much, to be honest, but I thought I’d give it a shot because I treasured the bracelet so much. They got back to me extremely quickly & after requesting photos of the broken piece, they immediately said they would repair it for free if I just mailed it to them. Throughout the whole time they were highly communicative & supportive. The turnaround time was very impressive & the repaired piece is as perfect as when I bought it new. I cannot praise this company highly enough and I absolutely plan to purchase more of their jewelry in the future. Thank you so much for such a smooth, stress-relieving experience!!!!! You have my business forever!!!!
