Purchased this pendant for my daughter for graduation, unfortunately it corroded. Kyle Cavan acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and although the pendant was over a year old they replaced the pendant free of charge! I was pleasantly supposed by how they worked with me to get my daughter a new pendant that looked beautiful. Hoping it stays that way this time.
