Kyle Cavan Customer Service

Purchased this pendant for my daughter for graduation, unfortunately it corroded. Kyle Cavan acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and although the pendant was over a year old they replaced the pendant free of charge! I was pleasantly supposed by how they worked with me to get my daughter a new pendant that looked beautiful. Hoping it stays that way this time.

I know my granddaughter will love the necklace. I was a bit disappointed that the back was not finished nicely.
