New York Fashion Week may be over but we're just getting started. With so much inspiration on and off the runway, we couldn't help but put together our own fits and add our sparkling touch to NYFW streetwear.
#1 Granola Girl Chic
Crochet is in and so are neutral tones with golden accessories!
#2 Business in the Front
Wearable and a little risqué, this look is perfect for business and party.
#3 Mermaid Core
Wanna play mermaids? Just short of a tail and seashell bra, this fit is mystical in the best way.
#4 Pumpkin Spice Girlie
You can never go wrong with a collared dress and booties. Plus, with the right accessories, you can bring any look to a whole 'nother level.
Our Fave Designers from the Runway
There’s no shortage of incredible designers and looks on the runways during NYFW. Here are 3 of our favorite designers and looks and why!
#1 Selkie
Selkie somehow manages to be the perfect combination of cottage-core, fantasy and Pride and Prejudice-esque. Their designs are so varied, yet all seem cohesive in a way and despite some of their seeming flamboyance, are accessible to the average (very fashionable) Jane.
Most importantly, however, they were a breath of fresh air at NYFW with models of all shapes, sizes, ableness, gender, sexuality and race.
#2 Betsey Johnson
Betsey Johnson has always been an icon in fashion and garments that stand out. We love her for her uniqueness and ability to combine so many patterns, colors and textures in a way that just makes sense.
She’s never backed down from her creativity and that’s something to look up to <3
#3 Collina Estrada
Collina Estrada is able to turn nature into something you can wear. From florals to forest greens, to “Got Milkweed?” – these designs never disappoint. But they aren't simply inspired by nature, they design with climate change in mind. Not only are their ready-to-wear collections made up of mostly eco-friendly and upcycled materials, but they are also super transparent about their impact on the environment and are constantly working to improve.
Plus, everything gets made right in NYC to reduce their carbon footprint!
