This past year has deepened our passion for the collegiate jewelry space. We initially launched KYLE CAVAN back in 2018 because we saw a void in the space for actually want-to-wear college jewelry. Alongside our understated pieces, we wanted to build a brand that connected with the young women we were designing for. This year more than ever has defined just who those women are: a generation characterized by resilience, and a hunger to learn & grow in spite of setbacks.

This past year has deepened our passion for the collegiate jewelry space. We initially launched KYLE CAVAN back in 2018 because we saw a void in the space for actually want-to-wear college jewelry. Alongside our understated pieces, we wanted to build a brand that connected with the young women we were designing for. This year more than ever has defined just who those women are: a generation characterized by resilience, and a hunger to learn & grow in spite of setbacks.
Despite the unpredictability of this past year, there was one thing that became overwhelmingly apparent to us: student’s passion for their universities & communities does not wane, no matter the distance. This year, more than ever, we have received messages calling to celebrate the college community through our collegiate jewelry, especially from the graduating class. It was this passion that led us to design and launch The MMXXI Collection, a series of designs honoring the class of 2021. We believe that the explosion of resilience and passion that came out of this particular class, should be acknowledged and celebrated.
In addition to honoring the class of 2021 with a dedicated collection, we are excited to announce that we have expanded the philanthropy aspect of the collections! This year, in an effort to make the MMXXI Collection more affordable, we will be donating 10% of the proceeds from the collection to 3 nonprofits!
Previously, we have donated a percentage of the proceeds from the MMXX collection to NO KID HUNGRY. In light of the pandemic, food insecurity has become increasingly common in children, and it’s important to us to continue to support NO KID HUNGRY with the MMXXI Collection. We’re excited to announce that in addition to No KID HUNGRY, we will be to donating a portion of the proceeds from the MMXXI Collection to UNCF, an organization that gives young black students access to college, as well as Girls Who Code, an organization with a mission to close the gender gap in the tech field! Together these three organizations are helping students all over the world receive a better education and providing a brighter future!
We hope this collection will help you celebrate the community that you have created during your time at school, and the passion for learning you have maintained throughout this past year.
