Kyle Cavan Cornell Sunburst
The first piece is, you guessed it, a Kyle Cavan necklace! This necklace style is the sunburst in Cavan Gold. (NOTE: We currently don’t have a Cornell University collection yet, BUT one is coming soon *wink wink*) Anyone who knows me knows that I always have this necklace on. It’s the perfect understated and minimalistic piece that can be dressed up or down! I take it with me everywhere I go.
Tiffany Elsa Peretti Pendant Necklace
In addition to my KC necklace, I am always wearing my necklace from Tiffany’s. I got this piece as a high school graduation gift from my grandparents. I had been eyeing this necklace for a long time since I love how dainty and cute it is, so I was beyond excited when they got it for me. The simple design makes it the ideal necklace to layer with my KC sunburst.
Purple Acrylic Earrings
Lately, I’ve been all about the acrylic accessory trend, so when I found these earrings at Nordstrom Rack, I had to buy them. I love the pop of color it adds to any outfit along with the unique rectangular shape of the earring itself. The kaleidoscope of purple tones found in the acrylic is just so beautiful. Don’t you agree?
Sapphire Ring
Some people collect postcards, some people collect fridge magnets. When I travel, I collect jewelry. I got this sapphire ring at a wholesale jewelry market in Seoul, South Korea. I remember when I first saw the ring, I was immediately attracted to the saturated navy blue tones of the tiny gems.
Star Earrings
Keeping along with my travel jewelry collection, I purchased these star earrings at a Rock n’ Roll themed vintage/thrift store that I stumbled across while roaming the streets of Barcelona. This pair of earrings hold a very special place in my heart since it was the first vintage item that I had ever bought!
Jade Necklace
I got this necklace at another wholesale jewelry market...this time in Hong Kong. As previously stated, I’m a sucker for a pop of color, especially this vibrant green! The characters on this necklace mean “good luck/good fortune” which I hope is something that will continue to come my way. I also love layering this item with my other favorite necklaces.
Gold Semi-Circle, Drop Earrings
My last favorite article of jewelry are these gold, dangly earrings that I got in Osaka, Japan. Believe it or not, the jewelry store I procured these items from was actually in a train station! I love the juxtaposition between the thin gold wires that connect to the heavier semi-circle gold detail
