We are thrilled to launch the KYLE CAVAN Greek Collection for over 30 organizations (with many more in the works). Like our Collegiate Collection, we took inspiration from things we love: vintage coins, classic crests and the trailblazers who wear it.

While designing the collection our team got to talking about what it means to be in a sorority or fraternity. For many, these organizations provide a sense of community, philanthropy and friendship that is often carried on for life. At KYLE CAVAN, we couldn't have started our company without our "crew": the strong group of women around us.

We love the idea of having a “crew” - a group of people that support each other and band together around a common interest. 

While Kyle and I are close friends with our sorority sisters from college, we're also close with our high school friends, our past co-workers, our families. Kyle was a competitive swimmer growing up. These were the people she saw day in and day out for hours at a time. They became her family. Her support.

We believe that "crews" come in all different forms and our goal is to design collections that serve as a reminder of them. 

So whether you're in a sorority, a business fraternity, the fashion club, a sports team, or a crew of your own making - we want to hear about it. We're big fans of an inspirational or unconventional story on friendship. You can send your stories HERE. 

And if you don't see your organization yet, please let us know. We are likely working on it but just haven't received approval yet (e.g. Alpha Kappa Alpha does not allow new licensees to apply until 2020). We launched the Greek Collection after hundreds of requests, and we would love to do the same for other organizations. 

We're so grateful for your support, and for those who want to celebrate their Greek affiliations, we hope you enjoy these beautiful, meant-to-be-layered, ageless collections!

SHIPPING

Please know that our small team is working around the clock to ship your orders as quickly as possible. 

Much of our Sterling Silver and Cavan Gold jewelry is in-stock and can ship next business day. For questions about what's in-stock, you can e-mail concierge@kylecavan.com

If we do not have your jewelry in stock, please allow up to 10-15 business days for it to ship, with the exception of 14K gold and Personalized orders which can take up to 15-20 business days because they are made-to-order. 

If you select expedited shipping, it does not guarantee a sooner ship date only a faster arrival. However, we will try our best to ship your item(s) ASAP.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 30 days after shipment and can offer store credit up to 45 days after shipment.

To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return.

If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return. The new item must be treated as a new order. 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Pieces that are on sale or have been customized with engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If your return meets the above requirements a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at concierge@kylecavan.com 

 

REPAIRS

We offer complimentary repairs for up to 6 months after purchase. We ask that you please cover the cost to return the item and mail all returns to the below address:
