Villanova Chapel: A Tradition of Love

Villanova Chapel: A Tradition of Love

Jan 29, 2024

Back to blog
Villanova Chapel is not only the center of religious life on campus, it’s also the place where college sweethearts and grads go to say, “I do”.
Built in a Gothic Revival style in 1887, Villanova Chapel stands in the oldest Catholic university in Pennsylvania! Coming from a long history of catholic families and education, it was not a surprise that the chapel would be such a central point of student life at Villanova.
The chapel has undergone many repairs but has been able to preserve much of its original structure and incredibly beautiful stained-glass windows. These are found at their original place in the church and throughout campus. But have been preserved to capture their original beauty and shine.

Now, the chapel holds multiple masses a day and even hosts student night masses that include the Pastoral Musicians (who also just happen to be the largest music group on the whole campus!). It also famous serves as the venue for many Wildcat weddings and the place for numerous iconic love stories. <3
We’ve designed a piece that honors the renowned Villanova Chapel and is the perfect piece for any grad, student or couple who said “I do” within the historic twin spires.
