From October 20, 2020 through November 30, 2020, KYLE CAVAN will donate 10% of net sales from the Penn State Collection to THON each month (in addition to the 12% Royalty paid to the university each month). 

From October 20, 2020 through October 19, 2021, KYLE CAVAN will donate 22% of net sales from the THON Collection to THON each month. 12% will be paid directly to the THON Licensing Committee and 10% will be allocated to the organization that the customer chooses at checkout. 

You will be prompted to credit a specific organization when you add Penn State or THON jewelry into your cart. If an organization is not mentioned, KYLE CAVAN will donate the money to the organization of their choosing.

Please allow up to 10-15 business days for all items to ship, with the exception of 14K gold and custom orders which take up to 15-20 business days because they are made-to-order. 

If you select expedited shipping, it does not guarantee a sooner ship date only a faster arrival. However, we will try our best to ship your item(s) ASAP.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 30 days after shipment and can offer store credit up to 45 days after shipment.

To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return.

If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return. The new item must be treated as a new order. 


Pieces that are on sale or have been customized with engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.


If your return meets the above requirements a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
