All of our pieces are offered in Sterling Silver, Cavan Gold™ and 14K Gold.

What is Cavan Gold™?
Cavan Gold™ is our very own gold-plated sterling silver jewelry. It’s an economical way to wear gold, without the hefty price tag.

How do I care for my KYLE CAVAN jewelry?

What is your shipping and return policy?
We offer free shipping on orders over $250 and free returns for all orders.
 
Can I only purchase KYLE CAVAN pieces online?
Our complete collection is available on KYLECAVAN.com, however we are sold in select college bookstores and boutiques including W&L’s University store and Princeton’s E-Store. Please Contact Us for more information on how to purchase.   

*Our W&L collection is exclusively sold through the university bookstore.

Do you do repairs?
We offer free repairs for any jewelry that has been damaged or broken within three months of purchasing your piece. After one year, we offer repairs for a small fee. Please Contact Us with questions on repairs.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING 

In-stock items from the Crest & Symbols Collection and select Architecture styles (Villanova, W&L, Princeton) will ship within 3-5 business days unless priority shipping is selected at check out. 

Architecture Collection is made-to-order. Please allow for up to (3) weeks for delivery. 

Fine Collection (14K Gold) is made-to-order. Please allow for up to (6) weeks for delivery. 

The Enamel Collection will ship w/o 12/4 and will arrive before the holidays. 

Shipping is free on all orders over $250. 

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 21 days of purchase. To receive a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and should send returns to:

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Pieces that have been customized with an engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at concierge@kylecavan.com.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at concierge@kylecavan.com

 GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
