    Shipping & Returns


    We do our best to ship item(s) 10-15 business days after purchase unless the item(s) is in-stock, in which case it will ship immediately. 

    Made-to-order items often take the full amount of time. Please allow for a few additional days if your item is Cavan Gold™ as it requires the extra step of dipping the piece in gold after it is created.

     Shipping is free on all orders over $250. 


    If you are not 100% satisfied with your order from KYLE CAVAN, we will gladly refund you within 21 days of purchase. All holiday purchases have an extended return period to January 13th.

    To receive a full refund on an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please click HERE to initiate a return. 

    If you are looking to exchange an item, please click HERE to initiate a return. The new item must be treated as a new order. We are working on streamlining this process but in the meanwhile this is the process provided to us by our web platform. Thank you for your patience. 


    Pieces that are on sale or have been customized with engraving are not eligible for a return unless it is damaged or broken upon receipt and or if we made a mistake with your order.


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at
